3. Test Drives

  • Test drives are offered to eligible customers with a valid driver’s license.
  • Customers must follow all road and safety rules during a test drive.
  • Any damage caused during a test drive due to negligence may be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit may be required to hold a vehicle.
  • All deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Trade-Ins

8. Delivery and Title Transfer

  • Vehicles will be delivered or picked up only after full payment is received.

  • The customer is responsible for insurance coverage from the moment the vehicle is delivered or collected.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any transaction due to fraud, legal issues, or other valid reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of any vehicle.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the vehicle.
